90s Party Rocked!!

MTK Entertainment is an events & entertainment company set up by my sister Matjiua Kauapirura & I. On the 1st day of spring this year our debut event took place & it was a success! People who attended were taken aback and couldn't stop dancing and remembered where they were when they first heard some of the songs from the 90s as they "sakaa'ed" to the old jams. Memories rushed back and laughter exerted accross the dancefloor! Songs like Click by Aaliyah ftr. R. Kelly & songs from Trompies & Boomshaka made the night memorable!

A Princess Indeed!

Dillish Mathews made us proud when we received the news that she had taken the 1st Princess crown at the Miss University Africa beauty pageant. She was described as an  honest, smart & charismatic lady by one of the organisers  of the prestigious event. She was also crowned as Miss Photogenic & Miss President award; need we say more?!! This lady has proven herself to be worthy of all the compliments. But media will be media and haters will be haters....eat that!

Miss Namibia 2012 - Fair or not?!

The anual Miss Namibia pageant took place this previous Saturday at Contry Club Resort & Casino, show-casing 15 beautiful ladies as they strutt their stuff on the ramp. Out of those 15 only 5 could prove themselves to the judges how intelligent they are. Tsakana Nkandih was chosen as the fairest of them all although a lot of contradiction lies in the mouths of the spectators about the final decision....hhmmm. In my opinion, they could've done better!!! (In the pictures are the winners, Tsakana Nkandih, Patricia Hanstein, & Monique Peters).

When Love Is Not Enough...

I dont know how many of you have watched this movie about a remarkable woman who stands by her husband's side through, well all the bull$h/& if I may. It is titled "When Love is Not Enough" by John Kent Harrison. I have watched it twice. Which brought me to wonder myself about love. Is it really enough? When we love the other individual does that make it enough to maintain a life-long relationship? Does it really conquer all? Through sickness, betrayal, distance, poverty, alcohol abuse or adultery; will it conquer? What are your views?
